Our Fall Season is here! We'll be practicing and playing games through November 17th. In addition to continually improving our baseball skills, we'll place an emphasis on functional strength and agility. This will allow our players to make quicker biomechanical adjustments and more explosive movements!

The Florida Lions are a 9U tournament team that loves the game of baseball and the challenge of maximizing our potential on and off the field. We focus on fundamentals, apply biomechanical principles, and schedule more practices than games to improve individual skills and grow together.

Our coaching staff is a devoted group of parents who have played and coached among multiple levels, including little league, high school, college, and professional baseball. We're committed to helping players learn various positions and protect them from overuse injuries that are increasingly prevalent in today's game.
